• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

2. Refunds (Strict Conditions)

Refunds will only be provided if:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, OR
• The item is returned in brand new condition (subject to approval)

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault.
